About this bottle

The brainchild of Gunnar Gíslason, chef and owner of Michelin-starred Dill Restaurant in Reykjavik, and Jonas Andersen, Beverage Manager for MeyersUSA, Svöl Aquavit is made at New York Distilling Co. in Brooklyn, NY. It launched in 2019 with two expressions. The Swedish-Style Aquavit is made by infusing seven botanicals, including caraway, dill, coriander and lemon verbena, in a neutral spirit made from rye, corn and barley.
