Cutwater Three Sheets Rum

Prior to their departure from Ballast Point Brewing & Spirits, the company's founder and master brewer began a distilling side project under the Cutwater Spirits brand. In fact, many of the original or first batches were created borrowing Ballast Point's equipment. Their Three Sheets Rum is distilled from pure sugar cane instead of molasses, using a hybrid pot-and-column still. This silver rum is bottled at 40% ABV.
