finally grabbed a bottle of it instead of relying on tastings at the store. You get a nice mild dried fruit, roasted and green agave, pings if vanilla, punchy saponins, some lime peel, slight flashes of anise and great minerality. The finish has a nice smokiness, and continues with the minerality, mild white pepper and green agave richness with a medium duration. Wild common absolutely kills it in the tequila catergory and i was well aware this was a great ensamble beforehand. Price point is also really good for what it is. i love tobala so this is another wonderful addition to the mezcal collection.

This is a beautiful mezcal. Clean, bright, and full of flavor. A blend of Espadín and Tobala. Great for sipping and perfect for mixing.

Wow. Complex and delightful. This is a traditional mezcal that is worth hunting for. I found it in So Cal
