Yushan Signature Bourbon Cask

Notes of orange, fresh fruit, cold butter with herbal spices, creamy undertone, sweet malt. Pleasant and light. Palate is very creamy, oily with pungent spices of white pepper, white apple and salty lime. A mix of sweetness and salt throughout the mouth. The finish is dry, creamy with salty chocolate, medium length. Too young spirit. 77/100 WBR

honey and caramel, with an orangey aftertaste that was lovely and pronounced. Really enjoyed it
