Aguamiel Blanco

Pretty much what I (personally) want from a Blanco: supremely prominent agave, honeyed, clean, understated; only the mildest vegetal undertones. Short and sweet finish.

Clean, crisp, honey, fruit, pepper, bit of saline, and a bit of heat.
