About this bottle

Boatyard Distillery is located on the banks of Lough Erne in Co. Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. They use an organically produced produced wheat spirit for the base and eight botanicals. In addition to sweet gale which is foraged from the family bog, the other botanicals are juniper, coriander, lemon peel, licorice root, angelica, orris, grains of paradise.
