Bozal Cenizo

A delicate, Agave Spirit by Bozal Distillery NOM-O363X in Oaxaca, Mexico made with wild Cenizo (the Durangensis family of agaves). It has an aromatic birth with hints of agave, citrus, tropical flowers, earth & spices; while a fresh life adds hints of orange zest, mesquite & sweet, barbequed meats; that led to a balanced death of medium length with hints of smoke & dark chocolate. Very round and soft. Notes of banana peel and smoked oats. Pleasently round, medium finish.

Clean yet cheesey notes. Cleaner than La Venanosa but some similar character. I like it!

Almost a banana flavor gone wild. Feels one note. Tropical but lacking nuance.

Very fruity. Easy sipping on a bit of ice. Nice.

Clear, Very smokey. My taste is too smokey
