Bruxo X Edición Espadín Barril

Nose is green and vegetal agave, grass, oak, toast, vanilla, petrichor, bandaids, vanilla and minerality. On the palate mineral, agave, a little pepper, wood and a whiff of smoke. It smells great, and the flavors are all there, it’s just thin. Really thin actually. Disappointing. Bruxos are among my favorite mezcals.

Tried neat in the pool with @Looneyhead To the nares Its Smokey but green, so green like fresh cut grass and petrichor. But dont get me wrong… it’s a good mezcal. To the palate it’s green and young and thin but smooth. I’d probably sip this chilled but not over a rock bc can’t make it more watered down ha.
