I don't usually drink blancos, but for that pure agave taste, this was better than I expected. A respectable blanco. Part of a Centinela flight.

Clear. Vegetal, spices (white pepper, cinnamon), white chocolate. Slightly sweet, cream. Mild burn. Medium+ spicy finish. Nice spice.
