NOSE: Dark fruity sweetness, dried corn, woody oak, citrus peels, baking spice, touch candy sweetness and cocoa. It has a juiciness to it that's equal parts winey and darkly fruity and they merge in a syrupy-sweet way. It's unique that's for sure. PALATE: Tart dark fruit, woody, biscuity, baking spice, dried orchard fruit, anise and cocoa with a touch of citrus. It has some of that raw/woody craft essence to it, but it gets covered by the dark winey notes enough to not dominate. FINISH: Med -> Woody, darkly fruity, olde candy and spice in a disjointed fade.

Maybe I’m unsophisticated but this tastes like cologne just like it looks from the bottle. I tried it neat, on ice and drunk and nothing could make this good. This will be the bottle I give to friends to make them feel like they’re getting something special as I’m trying to get rid of it.
Nose: burned sugar like crème brûlée, hint of chocolate Palate: rich and luscious, bright molasses, caramel, dark chocolate and perfectly like burned sugar on the finish
