Del Maguey Wild Jabali

Very interesting contrast between the nose (relatively dark and savory-sweet-smoky) and the taste which is relatively bright and herbal-spicy. Gentle heat gives way to a zesty finish of savory green herbs (basil/tarragon) and black pepper spice. If you know you like DM's approach to mezcal, and the descriptors sound appealing, worth a blind buy.
