Doble Filo Sotol

A rich, organic, Agave Spirit from Chihuahuan, Mexico with each bottle distilled requiring a single, 15-year-old Dasylirion. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, tropical flowers, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of candied agave, asparagus, vanilla & caramel; that leads to a creamy & smoky death of medium length. Incense, ash, touch of plastic. Earthy peppercorns. Dry with a little heat. Closest sotol, Ive had, to the flavor of Mezcal.
