Don Ramón Mezcal Joven Salmiana

a sweet entrance that transforms into some very green, herbal flavors, citrus rind mostly lime, jalapeño/general green pepper, medium minerality, salinity is present, and a sharper woody smoke. Mesquite? Idk but regardless it’s a damn nice mezcal

Aromas are nice. Stewed agave. Asparagus. Vanilla. Flavors are close. Still good. A bit of rubber in the aftertaste. Not much bite from the alcohol.
