A rich, Agave Spirit by Casa Don Roberto NOM 1437 founded by Don Roberto Orendain in 1840. It is made with estate grown agave & volcanic spring water using a secret family recipe. The agave is slow roasted in earthen ovens & aged for a minimum of 18 months in white oak barrels after which the color is filter out. It has an aromatic birth with notes of roasted agave, fruits, wood, flowers & spices; while a rich life adds notes of cinnamon, roasted pepper, citrus & chocolate; that leads to a long & complex death.
