A delicate, 'flavored, Agave Spirit by Casa Maestri in Oaxaca, Mexico made with Espadin & volcanic spring water, that is slow cooked & copper pot distilled; after which natural blood orange flavor is added. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, citrus & earth; while a balanced life adds notes of blood orange, smoke, oak & honey; that led to a complex death of medium length. December 2021
