A delicate, flavored, Agave Spirit by Casa Maestri in Oaxaca, Mexico made with Espadin & volcanic spring water, that is slow cooked & copper pot distilled; after which natural coconut flavor is added. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, nuts & earth; while a balanced life adds notes of coconut, smoke, oak & vanilla; that led to a complex death of medium length. October 2021
