About this bottle
Fidencio Sin Humo is a 100% agave espadin mezcal. The agave is estate grown in Santiago Matalan, Oaxaca where it is harvested during the new moon once the plant is ten years old. It is believed that a new moon harvest creates a unique mezcal flavor. The roasting process for this mezcal is unique in that it does not involve wood which creates a smokeless spirit. This mezcal is distilled twice in a specially designed custom wood fired Alembic or pit still.
