Anise, heavy herbality on the front with some light agave sweetness, with the body containing more roasted agave, green pepper, black pepper, straw and heavy minerality. the finish is still heavy with minerality and pepper and is short to medium length, smooth but packed with flavor. im very satisfied with this blanco! would recommend for anyone looking for a mineral rich, high proof blanco.
