A delicate, Agave Spirit from the Gonzalez family Estate in Atotonilco, Jalisco, Highlands, Mexico roasted in earthen ovens & distilled in Stainless Steel pots; then aged in French Oak barrels for a minimum of 1 year; after which the color is filtered out before bottling. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, nuts, wood & spices; while a rich & full life adds notes of roasted agave, caramel, vanilla, butterscotch, honey, walnut, oak; that led to a quick & delicate death with a hint of cake batter.
