About this bottle
Mezcalero Oscar Hernández Santiago has a tradition of infusing seasonal fruit over the agave during distillation as an offering to the Priest of Matatlán. This special expression is made with pineapple as the added fruit, with Oaxaca Central Valley-harvested espadín as the maguey varietal. It is double-distilled and bottled at 45% ABV.
