Wildly better than Centennaire or Rouge because it's much less sweet. This falls into the same family as the Louis Alexandre, flavour-forward over sweetness, except this is obviously better cognac. Louis Alexandre is the better choice though, unless you have money to burn. This is terrific cognac not really made better.

It’s amazing how much better this is than the regular GM. The typical wild orange flavor is more candied and the age of the cognac is much more apparent. If you like GM spend the extra for this.
