Hacienda de bañuelos Tequilana mezcal

There is a prominent sharp, herbal, green agave note, followed by a vanilla, SLIGHT caramel, then a black/white pepper, moderate minerality finish with a dash of anise. interesting relative to tequila. the difference between this and most other tequilas is this one one uses wild fermentation standard of other which is somewhat noticeable. Very interesting! Good price point too!
