Neat. Agricole dominant nose. Fresh, sweet, herbal, grassy, sharp apple and citrus, but only a slight funkiness. Taste is sweet, more of a rich sweetness associated from molasses rums (which this contains), but also some of the agricole herbal and funk notes, especially towards the end and into the finish. Overall an easy to drink and delicious blend of pacific molasses rum with agricoles from Hawaii and Martinique. Enjoyable sipper, but the complexity is somewhat delicate that could get lost in mixed drinks with bold ingredients. Simpler is better with this
