Los Danzantes Pechuga

This is so pretty and bright pink. Tried neat in the speak easy with @Looneyhead This is very interesting to the nose. I get notes of meat, aperol, heavy licorice, cherries. On the palate I get heavy licorice and cinnamon. Not my favorite, leaves my tongue numb and doesn’t really taste like a mezcal over

Clear deep red in color. Nose of light smoke, Campari, sandalwood, watermelon, herbs. Tastes of anise, black pepper, Campari, fruit and charred oak. Very unique, particularly given the reason for its color, but not great ultimately.
