Mesh and Bone is a company focused on showcasing lesser known spirits from around the world. Their sotol is made in the traditional way - harvesting the sotol plant or, desert spoon, from the Chihuahuan desert of Mexico. Each plant takes around 15 years to mature and will yield approximately one bottle.
