Mezcal Descartes Cooked Agave

Tried neet with @Looneyhead On the nose its like a dessert with notes of strong brown sugar, nectar, honey, agave, sugar cubes….. shall i say more? Its cloying on the palate. It taste like im literally chewing on the agave

Nose vanilla, caramel, green agave, brown sugar. Very very sweet. A little medicinal. Cloying. Maybe for cocktails. @twostal
