An elegant, 100% Grande Champagne blend crafted by Master Blender Jean-Marc in collaboration with Olga Otrokhova for the Boinaud Family in the Grande Champagne region. It mostly contains 38-year-old eau-de-vie complimented by several other even older Grande Champagne liquids; the barrels had some extra toasting & bottled at 42% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of stewed fruits, wood, flowers, earth & spices; while a rich & spicy life adds notes of orange, apricot, grape, cinnamon, jasmine, violets & iris; that led to a long & balanced death with notes of oak, crème brulée, tobacco, cigar box & sandalwood.
