Neat. Nose is very pleasant with lots of sweet and fruity cooked agave with some mint and grassy herbal notes. Slight brine and mineral aromas as well. Sipping is smooth and taste is true to nose, with lots of sweet, fruity cooked agave. As it opens up, flavors of green olives, mint, black pepper, and citrus add some complexity. Finish is pleasant and sweet with a little tartness and warming pepper for balance. Overall a great, natural tasting blanco. Highly recommended for sipping. Get something cheaper for mixing strongly flavored cocktails such as a margarita. Value is fair. Better than most in the 40-60 price range

Ok mixing tequila. I wouldn’t drink it straight.
