About this bottle

This is an additive free 100% blue Weber agave that is cooked for 2 days in a brick oven and fermented without fibers in open air steel tanks with wild local yeasts, and double distilled in stainless steel pot stills. This expression is bottled 110 proof.

A dry, Agave Spirit by NOM 1579. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, wet earth, citrus, flowers, herbs & spices; while an herbal life adds notes of cooked agave, orange, celery, olive, anise, basil, dill & peppermint; that led to a long & minerally finish with notes of black pepper, almond & limestone.
