About this bottle
New Orleans rum producer Roulaison Distilling launched at the end of 2016—Roulaison is the French-Creole term used for the sugar cane harvest. The distillery focuses on a pre-industrial style of rum, using pot stills and small batches. They also use 100% Louisiana molasses. The Barrel Aged Reserve is matured in a diverse range of casks, including different sizes and different original uses, and is put into the cask at 110 proof.
