About this bottle
Tequila Santaleza is a tequila brand made in collaboration with Chopin Imports, know for its line of eponymous vodka, and the Lopez-Villareal family from San Matias. It is made 100% blue Weber agave from Los Altos, Jalisco and is made without any additives or a diffuser. Production methods include the use of a mechanical donkey named Pepe to power the tahona used in crushing the cooked agave and all natural open-air fermentation. The blanco is bottled without aging in barrel. Initial availability begins February 2023 in select US markets with additional markets to follow. (SRP $59.99)
