Neat. Nose is bright with oak, fruit (brandy/cognac), caramelized agave, and a very slight vanilla and cinnamon. Taste is agave, white sugar, caramel, oak, cinnamon. Mouthfeel is pretty crisp. Finishes with saccharine, cinnamon, nutmeg, and oak..very fall like. Those cognac barrels take this up a level. Mulled wine and agave nectar.. Beautiful

An intense Agave Spirit by NOM 1137 aged in French Oak & Bourbon barrels for 2 years. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, wood, herbs & spices; while a rich & full life adds notes of vanilla & caramel; that led to a long & balanced death with notes of oak. May / June 2016 / September 2017
