Founded in Arandas, Jalisco, Tequila 29 (pronounced "two-nine") was created by a group of young entrepreneurs who wanted to modernize the image of tequila. Named to sound like "tequila tonight," it's a brand for the party and club lifestyle. It's produced from 100% blue weber agave that is double-distilled in a stainless steel pot still before being immediately bottled at 38% ABV.
