Neat. Lots of legs in the glass. Nose is pleasant. Lots of fruity agave, honey, oak. Taste has the nose notes. Lots of honey/light caramel, nice amount of oak, a little vanilla with black pepper. Some hints of herbs and mulling spices. Finish is saccharine, oak tannins, black pepper, hint of cloves?. Mouthfeel is moderately full and oily Overall smooth and on the sweeter end of balanced. Let this one open up a bit, it got better with air time. Makes a nice after meal sipper.

🍾 First uncorking, was in the fridge, let sit for about 5 minutes (I was a bit congested so I'll have to try another time when I'm not to give a real review) 🧐 Medium dark hay with a bit of thickness 🥸 Sweet vegetal, vanilla, a bit of butterscotch 😝 thick mouth feel at first taste, vanilla notes, some medicinal 🥴 long finish, might need to wash with water to clean
For me it's one of the best anejo tequilas I've ever tasted. Smooth smooth smooth and well balanced. You can still taste the slightly sweet earthy agave flavors and the hint of barrel complements it very nice. Try one if you come across it.
Bought this in tequila from the distillery. Tried neat. Super smooth and silky with notes of vanilla and burnt caramel, toast
Quick hit review. Nice but preferred it's younger brother.
