About this bottle
This is an additive free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Southern Los Altos, Jalisco. The agave is is cooked in stone ovens, extracted by roller mill, fermented without fibers in open air stainless steel tanks, and 2 x distilled on a stainless steel still with copper coils. This expression is aged at least 12 months in new American oak barrels and bottled at 80 proof.
