Last in the lineup - funky nose with a hint of cheese. Slightly earthy palate, some cheese, vegetal. Bit of ethanol on the finish. A little water brings out the agave and rounds it out a little. This seems to straddle the line between tequila and raicilla. Probably the most interesting Blanco I've had.

About this bottle
Tequila Chamucos Diablo Blanco was launched in fall 2018. It is a high proof (110 proof) blanco tequila. The agaves used in the production are 100% organic blue weber sourced from Los Altos in Jalisco. The agaves are cooked, shredded, and then fermented for up to nine days with proprietary yeast. It is double distilled and then rested in stainless steel for four months before bottling. Additive free.
