This was a Costco purchase, I think for ~40 or 50. I’ve really enjoyed this bottle. Nose has vanilla and citrus, and the body is both creamy and peppery. Has more character than the (limited number of) tequilas I’ve tried before. Would buy again.

About this bottle
Gran Dovejo Añejo is a 100% blue weber agave tequila. The agave is harvested at peak maturity and the piñas of the agave are then roasted in traditional clay ovens for as long as 36 hours. The piñas are shredded in a mill and the agave juices are fermented with champagne yeast. Music is played during fermentation, as it is believed to optimize the yeast's conversion of sugar to alcohol. The tequila is double distilled in Alembic copper pot stills. Finally this añejo is aged for up to three years in American white oak barrels.
