This is a subtle tequila that really blossoms the more you sit with it. On the nose I get agave, citrus, petrichor, and wet stone. The mouthfeel is pillowy and slightly oily, but simultaneously light and refreshing. On the palate, I get agave, lime zest, vanilla, roasted nopales, wet stone, and hints of green melon and rose water. The finish is long, warm and peppery, with more roasted nopales, wet stone and vegetal sweetness.
