Tequila Primo 1861 Blanco

A dry, Agave Spirit by Camarena family NOM 1579 in Jalisco, Mexico. It is crafted with spring water from the El Pandillo ranch; fermented with wood & stainless-steel tanks; then double distilled in a copper still before being bottled at 43% abv. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, wet earth, citrus, flowers, herbs & spices; while an herbal life adds notes of cooked agave, orange, celery, olive, anise, basil, dill & peppermint; that led to a long & minerally finish with notes of black pepper, almond & limestone.
