This expression is made from 100% blue Weber agave that undergoes malolactic fermentation (like Chardonnay wine) prior to distillation. It is matured for an undisclosed amount of time (at least one year, according to labeling standards) in a combination of American and French oak.

Intense amber color with nuances of old gold, perfectly clean with a strong adhesion to the cup, resulting in a large body. Rich and complex; pleasant notes of wood, dehydrated fruits, vanilla and a slight touch of chocolate. Structured; creamy, silky, sweet balance with subtle touches of nuts.
