A delicate, Agave Spirit by Unito Distillery in Santiago Matatlan, Oaxaca, Mexico crafted with Espadín agave aged 8-11 years, slow cooked in stone ovens, crushed with a traditional stone mill, fermented in pine vats & double distilled in copper stills before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, earth, fruits, herbs & spices; while a delicate life adds hints of fresh agave & citrus; that led to a quick & balanced death with a hint of mesquite smoke.
