About this bottle

Farmstock Beyond Bonded Straight Rye is the first "grain to glass bottling" for WhistlePig. It is made from 100% Remington rye harvested on the WhistlePig Farm in Vermont, distilled and proofed with local water, and aged in Vermont Estate Oak casks. There are 24 rye barrels in the first allotment released in 2021 with the oldest of the bunch aged at 4 years, 8 months and 14 days. These are bottled as a single barrel selections, at 100.1 proof (slightly over BIB requirements, hence the name).
