Has a very sweet and vegetal nose, reminds me of the free stick of bubble gum that would come in a pack of baseball cards when I was a kid. Has a sort of gum root taste, and not smoky like its mezcal cousin. Very good for a twist-off-top. One of, if not, the first sotol imported into the USA.
