Once you taste Metaxa you will always know it. The cheapest one I still a great alcohol to drink. Nose: grapes, sweets, a hit of nuts Taste: sweet, grapie, hard to feel alcohol Finish: short but pleasent.
Sixth tasting of the evening. 4/5 bottle. Smell of cheap port. The taste of cheap perfumery water. Too harsh and unnatural taste. Lots of alcohol and chemical flavors. It's hard to drink!
38% Nose: sweet, minty, herbal Palate: herbal and some peppery notes Finish: weak and short, pungent notes fade away quickly, sweet and herbal notes remain a bit longer
Heerlijk zacht, met smaken van peer, appel, vlierbloesem en fris fruit. Fijne textuur om te drinken, heel zacht.
Very sweet and fruity; light and easy drinking.
