Tom's Foolery Applejack

I tried a single barrel cask strength version of this. Outstanding! At 111 proof and 5 years old it tasted like crisp apples with a nice long finish. Great clean nose with very little ethanol. This was good neat but would also be great over ice.

Fantastic flavor, excellent in old fashioneds as well
